Final boss
How to Beat Mutated Bowhead Whale in How to Fish
Fight 6 of the story chain, on Volcano.
Quick facts
Island: Volcano
Spawned with: The Bowhead Whale body, thrown into the crater
Handing in the trophy opens: The ending
How to beat it
- The mutated form adds lava falling from its body — the arena hurts you as well as the boss does.
- Same rule as the first form: everything you need has to be in the bag before it spawns.
Before you trigger it
- Buy the spawn item first — without it the boss does not appear at all.
- Stock healing. There is no shop once the fight starts.
- Leave inventory space for the drop.
- Hand the trophy in afterwards — the kill on its own advances nothing.
