The four most reported problems
Black screen or won’t launch
Freeze before the menu, grey screen, or black screen entering the lobby. Patches 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 addressed the reported cases.
PerformanceLow FPS and stuttering
The physics simulation is the load, not the scenery — which settings to lower first, and why an uncapped framerate makes it worse.
SavesLost saves and progress
The game does not save on crash since Patch 1.0.6. When it actually saves, and the Steam Cloud caveat that can make a corrupted file follow you.
Co-opCo-op will not connect
Looks like a network fault. Usually is not — mismatched patch versions are the most common cause.
