How to beat it
- It telegraphs a charge. Stand close enough to bait the rush, then step sideways as it commits.
- A cheap melee weapon is enough here — this is the fight the game expects you to win with starting gear.
- Both sources we checked describe this as the easiest encounter in the game.
Before you trigger it
- Buy the spawn item first — without it the boss does not appear at all.
- Stock healing. There is no shop once the fight starts.
- Leave inventory space for the drop.
- Hand the trophy in afterwards — the kill on its own advances nothing.
